Foundational & Transitional Profiles

Type Related

Profiles are categorized as either Foundation or Transition, based on the mathematical relationship between their Lines.

  • Foundation Profiles: These profiles are based on a Resonance (e.g., 1st line resonates with 1st line). They are self-contained and have a more stable, internally-focused process. The profiles are 1/3, 2/4, 3/5, 4/6, 5/1, 6/2.
  • Transition Profiles: These profiles are based on a Harmony (e.g., 1st line is in harmony with 4th line). They are connectors and bridges between different processes, and are the least common. The profiles are 1/4, 2/5, 3/6, 4/1, 5/2, 6/3.
