Mutation

Mutation is the mechanical force for change, evolution, and unexpected transformation. In Human Design, mutation is the primary keynote of the Individual Circuit Group.

Individual circuitry does not operate in a predictable, linear pattern like Collective or Tribal circuitry. It functions in pulses and is inherently uncertain. This unpredictability is the source of all genetic and evolutionary novelty. It is what keeps the gene pool from stagnating.
