PHS (Primary Health System)

The Primary Health System (PHS) is an advanced area of Human Design that provides a mechanical diagnostic for an individual’s unique health and dietary needs. It is based on the Tone level of the Sub-Structure of one’s Design Sun/Earth.

PHS reveals the correct way for the Vehicle to take in food to optimize its cognitive and physical functioning. Following one’s PHS is only viable and effective after a period of De-Conditioning through Strategy and Authority.
