Splenic Awareness

Splenic Awareness is the primal, existential awareness of the Splenic Center. It is the intelligence of the immune system, focused purely on survival and well-being in the now.

It communicates through non-verbal, instantaneous signals often described as instinct, intuition, or a “gut feeling.” This awareness is a one-time signal in the moment; if it is not heeded, it does not repeat. It is the fastest of the Awareness Centers.
