Centers

Centers are fixed mechanical hubs in The Bodygraph that regulate specific types of systemic functions. They are not “energy centers” or chakras; they are mechanical organs. Each Center has a specific quality and plays a different role when Defined (colored in) or Undefined (white/open).

Defined centers have a fixed and reliable way of functioning. Undefined centers variably absorb and amplify conditioning from the environment, which is where the Not-Self Theme operates.

The Nine Centers:

• Head Center: Inspiration - A Pressure Center.
• Ajna Center: Conceptualization - An Awareness Center.
• Throat Center: Metabolism, Manifestation, and Communication.
• G Center: Identity, Love, and Direction.
• Ego Center: Willpower and the Material World - A Motor Center.
• Solar Plexus Center: Emotions - A Motor Center & Awareness Center.
• Splenic Center: Instinct and Immune System - An Awareness Center.
• Sacral Center: Life Force Energy - A Motor Center.
• Root Center: Adrenaline and Stress - A Motor Center & Pressure Center.
