How to Speak About Design

Speak about design as being, not as a task. Design is an immutable mechanical fact, not a goal to be achieved.

Correct Phrasing:

• “According to their Natal Design”
• “As their form is structured”
• “Operating within their mechanical Definition”

Incorrect Phrasing:

• “Trying to live their design”
• “Following the Strategy of their chart”
• “Aligning to their higher purpose”

Mechanically, behavior and decision-making either stabilize within design parameters (Correctness) or distort under conditioned override (Not-Self patterns).
